Interest Inventory
According to DDU-GKY Standard Operating Procedure, all PIAs must follow a scientific process of allotting courses to candidates by understanding the aptitude of the candidates. This is to ensure that the candidates get skilled and placed in a role that suits their interest and competency. A commonly followed aptitude test is the John Holland’s Interest Inventory. Right candidate with the right skill sets for the right job will go a long way in providing sustainable livelihood for the rural youth. The John Holland Interest Inventory is administered through a series of pictures. This module is enabled with set of few job role images with 3 options to respond

- Partially interested
- Not interested
English, Numeracy, Pattern and Colour Recognition
In this module 3 levels of ENPC test will be enabled to capture their English, Numeracy, Color Recognition and Pattern recognition skills. And this module has a time limit for 30mins.
Counselor Followup
This is enabled in the web application only. SRLM/PIA counsellor will be provided with a few sets of questions. Responses of the candidate has to be entered in this form. Based on responses of candidate, RIASEC mapping can be made available to the PIA and SRLM in the report.
Finally, the report will be generated with the suggestions for the candidate with graphs and recommendations of suitable job roles.
